As a heart-centered leader, I am known for my passion for human behavior and adult learning. I have spent the last decade leading the creation of innovative learning and growth experiences, along with meaningful human capital strategies that elevate individuals, teams, and cultures. While leading learning and technology for one of the world’s largest beauty retailers, Sephora, I received the national Guiding Principles award, “Play and Have Fun”, for my levity while driving results and my ability to inspire others to do the same. I had the honor of leading Human Resources, Marketing, and Finance at UPWARD, a global network accelerating the advancement of executive women through corporate programming that supports diversity and inclusion in the workplace. And today, I'm thrilled to lead Executive Development and Coaching for Neiman Marcus Group where I was awarded NMG BEST in 2023.I'm proud to serve on the board of the National Drowning Prevention Alliance (NDPA) as the Chair of the Strategic Partnerships Committee. For four years and counting, I have dedicated much of my free time to creating impactful learning experiences for BoardBuild, an organization that connects nonprofit boards of directors with emerging and established leaders to help build stronger communities.I hold B.A. and B.S. degrees in Anthropology and World Religion from Missouri State University and pursued Masters Degrees in Human Dynamics and Counseling Psychology. I am a certified Enneagram Practitioner, a certified Fierce Conversations Practitioner, and I am currently engaging in an ICF Coaching Certification through the Hudson Institute.
