I am happy to say that I am now a Management Assistant II in the Planning and Development Department, Development Division, Plan Review Section. I supervise a team of 13 staff that I call the "magic in the middle". My team is responsible for processing incoming plans and making sure they get to the appropriate staff for professional reviews, meetings scheduled, reports generated, and permits created.
