Wow.. what an opportunity. I moved my family from PA to NC for this new role, and was able to put into practice everything that I learned over the years. This location was struggling (although I didn't know that upon arriving). So thankful for the stretch assignments, task force involvement for global compensation and strategy, and the many wonderful people that taught me so much. Our division went from one of the lowest performing to the top within 3 years. What a ride, and what a team.

I'll never forget the day I received the phone call that WTS was being acquired by Boise Cascade Office Products. I had been in Chicago for less than a year, to build a WTS branch location, and having the time of my life. The office products industry was just beginning to merge and acquire companies to gain leverage in the computer products world. This was the foundation for Boise Technology. Although my life changed that day, I am forever grateful for what I learned about sales processes, sales operations, and sales management.

So.. I was going to be the next Barbara Walters! Under my senior picture in high school it says, "Enjoys having her own show". In college, I co-hosted Sport Center 5 and Community Update and was well on my way. Until I wasn't. I couldn't find a job( got REAL close for the evening news St. Louis for the local Fox channel) - so I answered an ad in the paper for a Customer Service Rep for a computer supplies start up for - and the rest is history. I was off and running in a sales career.
