Monitor client files in residential homes for documentation accuracy, updates, medication administration errors, correct records of client funds, properly functioning medical equipment, cleanliness and proper storage of medication and files. Maintain relations with case managers, guardians, behavior support therapists and outside agencies. Conduct quarterly safety committee meetings with employees from each agency area. Monitor all incident reports, including data tracking for pattern in incident occurrence. Conduct internal investigations relating to incidents, which showed possibly abuse, neglect of clients. Tracking and monitoring of all disaster drills. Monitor client files for errors in documentation.
