In a part-time capacity, I identify prospective clients in order to help establish a new security company.

At Haven Lighting, I worked directly with the CEO/Founder to support the business growth and employee development within the company. Haven Lighting has experienced exponential growth since its founding in 2016, and I focus on identifying the highest quality candidates for leadership roles within the company to support the continued growth. Haven Lighting focuses on customer service in an industry held-back by an old-fashioned distribution business model that fostered a lack of innovation. In my role, I will be able to foster the business growth through process and program implementation, employee recruitment and development and customer service. During my time, I developed the companies social media program, implemented numerous business operations needs, developed company Standard Operating Procedures, created and implemented legal documents for the company and assisted wih numerous other aspects of the companies growth.

I supported the Vice President of Business Development and the Business Development Managers with identifying prospective clients, as well as supporting current clients' needs regarding business operations. I assist with the growth and development of the company's current client accounts with a continuous plan for company growth.

I supported the National Procurement Managers with the creation and implementation of a new team of Carrier Operations Specialists, assisting with the implementation of team expectations for performance allowing the team to be created for overall business operations improvement.

I oversaw multiple aspects of business operations within a regional market in Central Ohio. I supported the Regional Security Director and the 3 Site Account Mangers with scheduling of over 350 security officers, control room operators and supervisors. I had meetings with our client regarding special projections, construction requirements, operational concerns and staffing issues. I supported the Human Resources Generalist and Regional Training Manager with new hires and staffing needs to ensure all expectations were being met and addressed. I worked directly with the Vice President of Corporate Strategy to improve employee retention through supervisor development programs and to improve other operational issues in regards to tracking, documentation and visibility of operational inefficiencies.

With my experience in turning around restaurants, I was brought on to support the Drive-Thru operations due to the mass increase in sales volume in the year prior. I focused on operational inefficiencies and implemented new processes for overall restaurant operations to limit over-budget spending on labor and food cost from a front-of-house perspective. Additionally, I was key in the growth and development of many new employees and supported the development of new coaches and other team leaders. Prior to the decrease in restaurant operations due to COVID-19, we had exceeded the prior years profit in just 5 months.

I supported store operations through working as a barista, assisting with hiring and training of baristas, training and developing new shift supervisors, managing food cost and supporting the store manager with daily functions in the store. I was involved in the operations of a new store opening as well as supported other stores in the area during staffing difficulties.

I worked in 6 restaurants around the Columbus Metropolitan area as a Assistant Manager due to my ability to improve operational inefficiencies in locations that were below the standard for service and sales. I operated as a scheduling manager, food cost and service manager, training and development manager and worked closely with the General Managers and the Director of Operations to ensure staffing, training, food cost and service goals were met. Once a location had seen improvement, I was able to transfer to another location to support their needs and transition.
