• Lead global operational processes and programs for the recruiting team to ensure hiring success across the organization • Manage all aspects of employment brand incentives, including the promotion of hiring campaigns, job descriptions, and diverse hiring strategies spanning the US, LATAM, and India.• Drive the implementation, enablement, and adoption of talent acquisition initiatives and programs such as employee referrals, internal job board, and recruitment marketing.• Evaluate recruiting workflows and processes for continuous global improvement and efficiency.• Foster strong partnerships with recruiting, marketing, and other cross-functional partners to optimize collaboration and achieve shared objectives.

Employment Branding - Recruiting Support - Platforms & Tools:• Collaborate with Recruiting and Marketing to help maintain a consistent look and feel across all branded employment assets• Manage, optimize and support recruiting platforms including ATS (Greenhouse), Job Boards (LinkedIn, Handshake, Glassdoor, Indeed), Marketing Automation (Buffer, Hubspot), Recruiting Documents (Google Drive), Assessment Tools (Codility) and other relevant tools.• Process inbound inquiries, job applications and referrals for Recruiters• Provide operational support to achieve appropriate hiring targets and recruiting goals including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, creating and maintaining appropriate email templates and recruiting campaigns across various platforms

• Prepare and post photographer job postings/advertisements as required, in the Jobvite Applicant Tracking System and on other platforms• Review applications and confirm basic qualifications, skill set, interest, job fit, and salary requirements• Schedule and conduct phone screen interviews to identify qualified candidates and schedule in-person interviews for hiring managers throughout the US• Partner with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to develop effective marketplace recruitment strategies• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication
