My carpet bag contains different tools, such as a laptop, headset, whiteboards, icebreakers, breakout exercises, and spoons filled with fun for engagement. Like Mary, knowing the value of supporting rules, I have helped drive appropriate behaviors for ethics and compliance.I am an experienced and resolute Learning Development Professional with a passion for helping new employees obtain skills for success, as well as development of experienced team members. Bringing over a decade of experience in instructional design, curriculum development and facilitation, I have partnered and led projects to create impactful training programs. I am committed to fostering a positive and engaging learning environment for diverse audiences. My proudest accomplishments have been the hundreds of people I have had the privilege of working with that have become well rounded contributors, top performers, and leaders.
