I challenge the status quo by breaking down silos, energizing company culture, and helping to develop a diverse and inclusive environment. My background includes systems, accounting, inventory, and leadership. I find having experience in different aspects of production leads to a better understanding of the whole manufacturing process. From a business perspective, my Data Management focus ensures that I'm thorough when conducting UAT, migrating systems, and handling change management. I am passionate about having a diverse and inclusive work environment. I served as president of an employee resource group named SLICE- Share, Learn, Innovate, Connect, and Execute. This group helped to foster stronger working relationships, improved communication, and decreased task completion times. SLICE events broke down department silos and encouraged interaction with manufactured products. When I joined the group there was less than 200 hundred members within my first year leading the group grew to over 600 members.
