My name is Kristel and Im looking for a position of employment in which I can continuously use my experiences and expertise in speaking and writing in German. I learned German language in Germany and have B2 Certificate. Iam currently working in a B2B account in a BPO company as a German Collection Analyst for almost three years located in BGC. My Jobs main role is to collect the outstanding balance from our clients to their suppliers. We inform the suppliers that they have overdues and we attempt to collect payment to mitigate company losses via emails or calls. We also assist the suppliers to resolve disputes until we satisfy their needs. I worked as a Casino Dealer, Bartender and some part time jobs in which learned how to be competitive, dedicated and compassionate to my job. I do not have knowledge in the industries that I have exposure to, but I managed the challenges and acquired the skills to deliver the proper standard operating procedures. With this acquaintances I have, I can assure you that I can easily cope up with your company's standard with less supervision.
