Provide Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) operational and technical support for a large pharmaceutical company client account. Work directly with the client's site EHS team to identify and implement required EHS programs and provide EHS support on emergent issues. Provide EHS support to Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) site employee' on all EHS related activities ranging from training to technical expertise:• Collaborating with the client's management team to understand, communicate and resolve complex issues in support of the client's EHS and business goals;• Implementing sustainable Key Performance Indicator programs (HSE inspections, training and regulatory action closure);• Working directly with the client to support the implementation of their management system program;• Support JLL Service Partners with EHS compliance activities and emergent issues;• Team with JLL Service Partners to ensure their EHS activities and programs are consistent with client expectations;• Perform and support incident investigations, root cause analysis and corrective action assignments for all JLL employees;• Assist with the use of ISNetworld to improve the level of the contractor safety program and reduce risk;• Develop and implement JLL EHS Management System Programs in support of the client Management System Programs;• Provide monthly EHS updates to the client's site management team and JLL site team including training, EHS inspections, regulatory action closure, violations, injuries and incidents for JLL and Service Partners;• Perform quality control analysis on all monthly reported EHS data ;• Perform EHS Assessments/Audits on JLL and Service Partners at various client facilities on the account, track progress and closure of action items; and• Assign, track and manage required annual training for all JLL site employees

• Site contact for federal, state and local agencies, including US EPA, PADEP, and City of Philadelphia• Lead contact for regulatory audits and inspections, J&J MAARS assessments and ISO 14001 audits• Effectively partner with plant, R&D and home office groups to develop and successfully deliver EHS&S projects and programs • Prepare environmental permit applications and negotiate conditions with regulatory agencies • Integrated Ownership of Safety System (IOSS) Program Owner • Perform ongoing regulatory review, interpretation and determination of applicability, and communicating updates to management and key partners• Manage periodic reports and metrics ensuring that all pertinent documentation is prepared, maintained, and submitted in a timely manner to regulatory agencies, J&J, McNeil and others according to the requirements • Review protocols, master data and relevant quality documentation • Conduct root cause incident investigations, workplace inspections and job safety analyses and make recommendations to prevent reoccurrence of incidents • Perform review of capital projects to identify potential EHS&S issues and participate in their resolution
