Supporting EAL students in grades 9-11 and teaching IB Language and Literature to grade 11 students at the International School of Beijing.

- Established and integrated Positive Behavioral Intervention and Supports/Multi-Tiered System of Supports program in classrooms across campus, including leading professional learning experiences for all staff.- Helped create and establish the English Language Development program, including protocols for monitoring progress of ELD students as well as leading professional development experiences for all staff.- Participated in and developed Equity in the Classroom program with a focus on English Language Learners.- Served as a member of the Library Committee along with our school librarian to create reading incentive challenges for all students and reading intervention programs for struggling readers.

- Served as a member of the Leadership Committee to identify, discuss and implement ways to increase school’s effectiveness, including establishing student-led conferences. - Mentored at-risk students in resiliency and self-advocacy strategies in the afterschool program.- Conducted trainings for all teachers in the use of Google Classroom as well as other educational apps.
