My responsibilities included driving extensive sales and marketing solutions to enterprise clientsalongside internal change management, profit & loss (P&L) responsibility, process improvement,technical integration, and deep program planning. In team management, I successfully built a culture of sales enablement, advocated excellent customer service, and led by example in cross-functionalcollaboration, innovation, problem solving, and major account execution.

In this role I was universally positioned to be the front-end advocate across marketing, brand, and digitalmarketing solutions, refining and improving sales processes to increase digital revenue. I led ateam of five senior sales reports, one business line president, and one vice president to capture newbusiness, generate a pipeline of leads, and successfully retain, upsell, and serve clients nationwide.

In my first role I was recruited specifically to lead the sales and marketing division, including clientprojects in television, direct mail, digital, and database management. In this position, I reimaginedoperational processes across business lines, including lead generation, market planning, and customerretention. My process improvement roadmap focused on marketing analytics to optimize workflow,technical tool implementation, and marketing feedback.
