Oversee the development, implementation and management of annual giving strategies and initiatives. Generate increasing levels and numbers of gifts from donors and members through effective annual giving solicitations. Manage and conduct fundraising events to support arts education and artist initiatives of the Cultural Council. Work with the Director of Development to Implement and manage a development plan focused on expanding and enhancing corporate relationships by directing and coordinating activities related to obtaining corporate support. • Present an annual plan to the Director of Development outlining goals and objectives for all aspects of our annual fund program to include cultivation and strategies for individuals and design annual fund appeal.• Plan, develop and monitor annual giving budget.• Oversee the testing of annual giving initiatives. • Implement new initiatives• Devise a cultivation and solicitation program for assigned current and prospective donors with the purpose of securing appointments for personal visits and conducting solicitations.• Create and implement a stewardship program for assigned individual donors at the $5,000 and below level. All other major donor strategies will be coordinated with the Director of Development.• Increase annually the number of prospects through research and identification by networking, publications, and internal procedures.• Review statistical data in order to evaluate the progress of the annual giving strategy.

Coordinates fundraising activities of the Cultural Council of Palm Beach County, assists with foundation, donor research and proposals. Coordinates Capital campaign tracking, manages Annual Fund, and plans special events. Maintains excellent relationship building skills. Administers correspondence with individual donors, maintains donor databases, and provides statistical reports on developmental activities.
