-Maintain a deep understanding of client processes and needs as well as industry standards, best practices and solutions.-Manage the Securities Transfer Function for corporate clients.-Act as a client advocate in liaising between all departments to facilitate flow of information and transaction execution.-Monitor, resolve and respond to client/investor inquiries.-Partner with internal groups to ensure client service level agreements are met.-Plan and coordinate mailing and tabulation of annual/special meetings with client.-Manage all aspects of service delivery and corporate/shareholder relationships for proxy and shareholder communication needs.

-Coordinate settlement of new Trust deals with brokers, investment bankers, the Depository Trust Company (DTC) and Euroclear.-Active participant on Technology Enhancement Committee for the upgrade of bank-wide systems, including Account Control System. Compiled feedback/input from group and prepared report for senior management-Selected by management as representative for the Employee Engagement Committee to coordinate and promote employee participation in social responsibility events, including various charity and fundraising activities.
