I have been immersed in the theme park industry for over 6 years as a dedicated Cast Member at the Walt Disney World Resort. Through multiple roles within the organization I have gained valuable insight into running efficient experiences and providing a high level of Guest satisfaction to the millions of visitors that travel to Central Florida. I contribute to the Walt Disney Company’s ideals of innovation through immersive storytelling that takes place in the WDW theme parks. I am currently a Guest Experience Manager for EPCOT Bus Operations. I oversee a Cast base of over 1,700 employees that operate a fleet of over 400 buses that service every corner of the Walt Disney World Resort.I have recently graduated with a Master’s degree in Human Resources Strategic Management from Bellevue University. I utilized the Disney Aspire Program, a 100% tuition-covered education benefit that is offered to Cast Members.
