With a love of learning new ideas and concepts and a passion for sharing ideas and collaborating with others, I embrace new opportunities. As an educational support paraprofessional I had the opportunity to support students as well as teachers in the learning environment. Every day was a new and welcomed challenge! Fast forward 13 years and I found myself looking for a career change for several reasons. In my current role as a Customer Support Representative, I am able to interact with so many different personalities every day. From solving an escalated problem to providing support with something as simple as a shipping issue, I am able to switch gears and adjust quickly! I find it exciting to learn and master something new and just as exciting to watch as someone else does the same! I pride myself on patience and understanding with others. I treat others with respect and hope for the same in return. I thrive on being part of a supportive, encouraging team where my ideas and the ideas of others are heard and valued.
