We work closely with companies in their site selection process, as well as help existing companies expand.My role is to support the research and analysis needs of the Mississippi Power Economic Development department. I assist with responses to community Requests for Information, provide research and data analysis, create site and community maps using GIS and Creative Cloud software products and support our economic development department in completing projects and growth activities.

Provided data analysis for the Safety & Training programs of Mississippi Power. Worked to develop the assessment and tracking activities of our Journeyman Development Program for Transmission, Distribution and Generation departments. Analyzed and maintained company-wide Safety Training data in our Learning Management System. Met with departments to ensure compliance with our Safety policies and procedures. Additional responsibility of managing the operating budgets of 5 departments within the HR/Safety organizations.
