From investment banking to HR to tech recruiting , I've been fortunate to be trusted to jump into fields where I had little experience and to figure it out. What inspires me daily is the strong desire to help people solve new or complex challenges and the satisfaction of knowing I made a difference to an employee, partner, or customer.I've worked in a startup of 4 people and the 360,000 employee IBM family, and all sorts of company sizes in between. I've found the most fulfillment when working with clever and kind people to achieve our shared vision and goals.
