I have worked as a fraud specialist at Capital One and an assistant supervisor at PSCU, where I learned how to handle complex and sensitive situations with care and respect. I have also honed my teamwork and soft skills, as I collaborate with my colleagues, managers, and external partners to deliver the best service possible.
