As a home-educating mother of four for the past twenty-one years, I have gained extensive experience in time management, team coordination, conflict resolution, and project planning and completion. While home educating them full time, I was also able to hone my multitasking skills by attending full-time classes at Liberty University, obtaining a BS in Psychology: Christian Counseling and a MA in Developmental Psychology. Home education requires the ability to assess varying learning capabilities, providing adaptation to fulfill needs when necessary. This ability can be transferred to many employment environments and is a proficient skill I possess.
