As Operations Manager, my key focus is around process improvement towards ensuring the business meets and exceeds key performance areas by identifying deficiencies in the manufacturing process and finding solutions to enhance production and streamline across business interaction. I thrive in a fast paced, dynamic workplace and start each day with a mindset to discover opportunities in challenges, consistently endeavouring to think outside the box and learning and gaining a better understanding of both the big picture and the details. I approach each situation with passion and purpose, actively engaging and valuing the team I am surrounded with, knowing that an aligned vision and walking the talk together makes all the difference to achieve success.As a growing professional I love the challenge of knowing each day will be different, presenting a new set of problems to learn from and master.
