Innergy Corporate Yoga brings yoga to YOU! We are a mobile yoga company that specializes in yoga in the workplace-hatha yoga, chair yoga, boardroom yoga and more!I began my yoga journey when I moved from the East Coast to Toronto in 2005. I immediately fell in love with how I felt and the balance it struck between the physical, mental and spiritual. In 2015, I joyously jumped into my yoga teacher training at BeHot Yoga Toronto where I completed my 200hr Hatha Yoga certification. I've taught in Toronto, Prince Edward Island and the Waterloo region. I bring positive energy, individual support and a great understanding of the body to every class I teach. In 2018, I obtained my Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training to broaden my horizons and to be able to support everyone who enters my class. I aim to bring ease, alignment, energy, and JOY to do your day.
