Lead Disney Vacation Club marketing & sales strategy for Walt Disney World sales channels. Lead efforts to increase in-market exposure for DVC by collaborating with sales and infrastructure teams to support new kiosk development, maintain and sustain DVC brand in-market, promote and communicate new sales and tour incentives and drive leads for the business.

As an Associate Manager with the Supplier Strategy & Investment team, Kristen develops domestic destination strategy and integrated marketing communications for each of the Mark Travel Corporation vacation brands, Southwest Vacations, United Vacations, Funjet Vacations and Mark International, as well as VAX Vacation Access and Here & Beyond Magazine. Kristen's marketing efforts reach consumer direct, travel agent and international tour operators through B2C, B2B and B2B2C communications. Kristen manages marketing plans throughout the United States, including Las Vegas, California, New Orleans, Reno/Tahoe, Arizona, Ski product to name a few.

As a Marketing Coordinator, Kristen works on the Domestic and International Wholesale markets, helping develop creative plans for third party partners who sell the entire portfolio of Disney vacations. This includes Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Resort, Disney Cruise Line and Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa in Hawai'i. This role includes a multitude of tasks, such as developing partner presentations, translating Spanish, approving partner advertising promotions, project management, and more.

Secured accurate and timely marketing collateral for three channels of business. Most specifically worked with Disney Cruise Line marketing, while also managing projects for various Wholesale and Latin American projects, including a 10-day photoshoot for both markets.Worked with Disney Cruise Line consumer marketing team and in-house creative agency to coordinate marketing materials that can also be leveraged by travel professionals. Coordinated marketing materials and worked directly with the Director of Onboard Sales to ensure that the sales managers had timely brochures, fliers and Guest letters to inform Guests of current and future cruise itineraries. Helped brainstorm and develop marketing materials for international and domestic wholesale partners who sell Disney vacations. This vacation portfolio includes brand management and client ad approvals for Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Resort, Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, and Disney Cruise Line.Kristen also worked on Disney's Marketing the Magic Summit, a large scale International Travel Industry Marketing Event with more than 100 client attendees. Kristen was in charge of the 14 Guest speakers, ranging from Disney company executives to executives at external partner companies. In addition to coordinating the speaker schedules, Kristen also coordinated class schedules for the client attendees and worked with the events team to help ensure a smooth, problem-free event.
