Conducts all Human Resources function for company including, hiring, policy implementation, Health and Welfare benefit administration, time sheet processing, 401(k) Retirement Plan administration, conflict resolution and employee events. Involved in communication and policy development, open enrollment set-up and processing, benefit invoice payments and reconciliation, and all COBRA benefit administration.

Assisting with the administration of Health and Welfare Benefits and 401(k) Retirement Plan for all C-COR Employees. Involved in communication development, open enrollment set-up, benefit selection, 401(k) transaction approvals and benefit invoice payments and reconciliation.

Assisting with the administration of Health and Welfare Benefits for all of Cendant, including union and non-union employees, retirees and expatriate employees. Involved in communications, open enrollment, benefit presentations and benefit training.
