I am working with numerical simulations of the Gulf of Mexico to help learn about where oil travels in an oil spill.

I do numerical simulations of Admiralty Inlet, the main entrance to the Puget Sound in Western Washington State. The goals of my research are to help with ideal siting for tidal turbines for energy and to better understand the flow fields from a physical oceanography perspective.

I was a teaching assistant for Professor Malte teaching undergraduate junior-level thermodynamics.

I was working with and updating a research code to model a magnetohydrodynamic refrigerator.

Working on laboratories for the junior-level physics lab class under Kurt Hoffman.

Set-up and take-down of lab equipment for first-year physics lab each week.

Rewrote and reorganized the first-year physics lab book with another student, working under Mark Beck.
