I have been in ministry for the last 25 years. One of my main passions is teaching people of all ages how to passionately pursue God and discover His word, through meditating on & praying through the Word and studying the Word to grow in intimacy with God. I have written several books: The Door to Intimacy: The Tabernacle, God's Promises, People & Presence (40 Day Devotional through the book of Exodus), Camping Around God's Fiery Presence (a handbook for parents), and a devotional book, A Call to the Secret Place. After finishing college, with an Elementary Ed degree (1st-8th endorsement) with a Psychology emphasis, I was an elementary school teacher for 7 years in the inner city of Milwaukee, WI, teaching a 3rd/4th grade split classroom. After leaving teaching, I held a leadership position in children’s ministry within a large church in Omaha, NE, coordinating and directing the 5th and 6th graders.~ writing the curriculum, teaching and overseeing 150 children and 50 volunteers. I have led Purity retreats for middle and high school girls and their moms in a variety of congregations and have led Marriage Conferences and Parent Workshops.I served as the Director of the Omaha, NE House of Prayer and served as the Director for 8 years. Partnering with a Christian school, I created a prayer curriculum to use with students 1st grade-6th grade. I developed both adult and junior high/senior high internship programs and oversaw the group over young adults and teens and a leadership team of 10 staff and volunteers.
