* Implement a creative and energetic marketing effort that will successfully offer business solutions to companies and employ individuals with disabilities in the community.* Conduct hands on assessment of potential opportunities for assisting in determining qualified applicants.* Assess each client’s strengths, needs, vocational choice, rehabilitation difficulties, functional limitations, and whole life needs* Follow CARF standards * Learn and understand corporate cultures, procedures, expectations, rules, etc. of employers, and provide a positive example to individuals served; follow policies and procedures at each site* To comply with all SQF procedures and policies, and is responsible to report food safety problems.* Use cell phone frequently for communication and performing job duties (reimbursed expense as approved)* Provide individualized assistance and training to employers in the community to assist the client in maintaining employment* Instruct the client in the skills needed to obtain and then keep employment; fading out as directed by the learning plan* Attend orientation for each client to make sure assigned duties and protocols for the employer are discussed and goals set* Advocate on behalf of adults with disabilities for increased and better job outcomes and any employment concerns.* Identify performance goals and support needs with input from the employer and client served, both immediate and long-term* Create accessible solutions to training models, materials and supports needed by the client served and modify work environment and assist client in forming natural supports on the job* Maintain regular and positive communications with funders, families and other professionals.* Complete all paperwork in client database correctly for the services delivered according to the guidelines
