During my summer internship, I not only worked on PFAS-related projects, but also took initiative in other areas revolving around cost reductions for soil transportation jobs and energy efficiency at Clean Earth's current facilities. As can be seen in the attached powerpoint, I assisted in the internal organization of the PFAS team and market advancements for the thermal desorption technology, implemented two R&D trials for wastewater treatment technology of PFAS, conducted an analysis on trucking manifestations to determine profit losses, and initiated a potential partnership between carbon capture technology leaders and Clean Earth.
