Responsible for technical and creative writing projects and produced several videos, both educational and focused on member testimonials. Successfully established and maintained relationships with individuals and utilize multiple correspondence tracking systems to promote efficiencies and use of these systems throughout the organization. Instrumental in several continuous improvement efforts to streamline processes to accurately create required plan documents for Medicare Advantage and Individual and Family Plan (IFP) product lines that meet all regulatory requirements while eliminating production deadline issues and reducing potential for errors.
