The training is interactive - in a 'learn by doing' environment - where we provide hands on workshops, seminars & conferences on a variety of subjects like: dance & movement in scripture; creative & artistic worship; prophetic dance and more! As a leader, my role is two fold. I am first responsible for the development of my team to support our application products. My role as a Consultant, Project Manager was to manage a migration project at MasterCard. It included engaging both third party providers, on & off-shore resources. This opportunity drew out the skills of communication and engagement, where I had the challenge of bringing all impacted parties together to successfully implement our new solution.

My role in the system migration was to flow system functionality as part of the requirements phase - providing a current state analysis for new platform requirements.

My role as Business Analyst at Express Scripts was developing custom requirements for our Workers Compensation clients; merging standard system functionality with individual statement mandates regarding Worker's Compensation processing. I was the liaison between our client partner and the technology teams.

As the 'face of the support center' my primary focus was hands-on customer service. Computer, Laptop, printer and application training were my primary tasks.
