Ning Solutions aims to provide high quality, thoughtful, and innovative staffing solutions to government, non-profit, and commercial clients to help them meet their mission efficiently and effectively. We proudly serve clients across two primary business lines: Human Capital Solutions and Healthcare Staffing Solutions. As a President and CEO, I have a broad-ranging background in consulting bringing innovative solutions, across strategy, data analytics, and technology, to my clients. My expertise centers around strategy development, advanced analytics, business process improvement, healthcare staffing solutions, and human capital solutions. I am dedicated to delivering the highest quality results to our clients, partnering with them to understand their nuanced challenges and helping them navigate a dynamic talent marketplace. Outside of Ning Solutions, I have the distinct honor to serve on the Board of Directors for ServiceSource Inc. and The Global Good Fund. I am passionate about serving those with developmental disabilities and amplifying social good in communities around the world.I hold a MS in Public Policy and Management from the H.J. Heinz College, Carnegie Mellon University. I also hold a BS in Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
