I am a Certified Career and Transition Coach. My passion is to help others find their passion. I am a tutor, guide, cheerleader, assessor... I don't have all the answers, but do have the questions...that only a job seeker can answer. I specialize in the military members' transition, military spouses with the "Quilted" or "Swiss Cheese" resume', survivors with the adaptability to overcome physical challenges, and newly single Moms who need to find employment that can be flexible enough to raise happy, healthy children, and high school/college students who want to go after scholarships and follow their dreams!!

We are one of the largest and most active AFA chapters in the nation, with more than 2000 members. We call ourselves the “Force behind the Force” because we exist for one primary purpose: to support the Colorado Springs Air Force family. As a 35-year stroke survivor, I have logged more than 70 hours of motivational speaking to groups of various age spans on the benefits of taking care of one's body through nutrition, exercise, relationships, and most importantly, attitude. I'm getting back to my passion for tennis...and trying to pass along that enthusiasm to beginning tennis players ages 4 and up. I make it fun so they will keep at it for a lifetime. Did you know that children born between 1995-2005 will be the first generation that will NOT out live their parents because of obesity? If I can prevent that in one child, I'd be thrilled!

I volunteer to assist the TAP facilitator at the Air Force Academy. We help those transitioning from the military in writing a resume, job searching, networking, interviewing,and negotiating a salary.
