As an account manager, I am responsible for playing a key role in maintaining client satisfaction by ensuring exceptional service and creating value for clients by leveraging strong account management and interpersonal skills. In this role, I am in daily contact with clients as well as internal SME's. I am looked to as a key resource on the client teams to ensure the quality of client deliverables from across various Merkle business units. I am responsible for continually meeting client expectations. I work closely on a daily basis with the senior level Account Management to help train and mentor junior level account managers. As an account manager, I am ultimately responsible for the day-to-day execution of our clients' marketing strategies and accounts across the entire Merkle portfolio. I serve as the "glue" who bring together all the disparate pieces to seamlessly deliver accounts on budget and on time. I am the key point person for deliverables for both the internal Merkle team as well as with clients for tactical delivery/or account status.

Responsible for the day-to-day execution of client email programs working as a direct liaison between internal departments. As an Associate Account Manager, I manage all project activities related to email deployment supporting strategic, tactical and support functions (creative, technology, and analytics) in order to achieve the client and company objectives.
