Technical Business Analyst
Current• Gather, document, track, and manage functional and technical requirements for 4 business domains: Marketing List, Deals, Loans, and Power BI reporting. Create features and user stories based on gathered requirements and business goals. Participate in scrum ceremonies to promote the stories through the varying degrees of business, UI/UX, and technical reviews in an effort to achieve a ready-state for the developers.• Perform data analysis of existing fields in ESP in an effort to determine future state and establish a mapping strategy based on Portal functional requirements and Deal Team processes for tracking the marketing to potential investors in the Marketing phase of the Deal process. Document and track shifting data requirements amidst technical reviews and business process evolution.• Create exceptional acceptance criteria based on requirements and stories to ensure UAT testing is meaningful and impactful. Create test scripts based on acceptance criteria utilized by QA and business users during Pre-Prod testing. Perform testing throughout the development lifecycle and create bugs to address failed scripts. Write enhancement stories for any missed requirements or new requirements identified by end users.• Champion the Jobs To Be Done (JTBD) methodology and artifacts including JTBD boards, sub-jobs, swimlane diagrams, and requirements mapping. Produce features and stories based on the requirements mapping boards that reflect the goals outlined within the JTBD board. Mentor other Business Analysts as they integrate the JTBD strategy and artifiacts into their current projects.
