We're also a certified B Corp!After 22 years in huge brokerages, I saw there was a need for something different. I founded Blackbird because I wanted to create a benefits agency with a specific focus on partnering with mission-driven businesses, who want to do better by their people. Blackbird is built from the ground up with values rooted in social justice, equity, and inclusion. We are striving to help companies think about their benefits in ways that convey a message to ALL employees, that they are valued, they are part of the thought process and strategy, and their human rights are not only considered, but honored.
