Oversee teachers' professional development and take responsibility for their continuous growth. I mentor, observe classes, and provide feedback. We believe in the skills and craftsmanship of our countrymen and believe wholeheartedly in short supply chains and sustainable materials. Each dress is lovingly cut and sewn in the USA.

Developed and implemented product development process for luxury linen company. Worked closely with foreign vendors and design team to improve product lifecycle calendar. Reduced delivery time by one month by adhering to key decision-making deadlines thereby meeting photography and market deadlines. Implemented textile testing system and began requirement of top of production approval before delivery of goods. Advised design team on textile selection for bedding and decorative pillows.
