Developed a collegiate-level DEI course that examines the history and current structure of American agriculture through a multicultural lens, to understand the roles that communities of color play in agricultural infrastructure, labor, research, old and new age technologies, and land retention. This course will contribute to local and national efforts to decolonize food systems curriculum.
