-Provide technical support, administration, testing and maintenance of the HRIS (Ceridian)-Assist with the bi-weekly payroll transmission by verifying data, setting up all HRIS requirements (deduction codes, tracking codes, tax filing requirements) and funding all FSA/HSA/CBP files-Write, execute, and support a variety of standardized reports or queries, utilizing reporting tools, on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annualized basis-Develop and maintain internal and external interfaces for a variety of vendors and systems, including benefit vendor billing, eligibility and emergency reporting systems-Created a policy and procedure manual-Work collaboratively with the HR and Finance team to create a department budget and strategic plan-Consult with executive management, internal legal counsel and external vendors (broker, carriers, outside legal counsel) to ensure benefit plans and procedures are meeting upper management’s expectations and are being administered legally-Enter data, audit and ensure data integrity for medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, life, voluntary life, AD&D, LTD, STD, defined contribution and 401(k) plans-Audit and approve all carrier invoices for payment-Audited current processes to find errors and efficiencies-Manage the planning and implementation of Open Enrollment and benefit plan renewal process as it relates to the HRIS-Prepare data for and complete all compliance reporting
