I’ve experienced seeing boxes of heirloom china, labeled fragile, crushed under 10 heavier boxes. Family photos and valuable artwork marked “climate controlled storage unit” roasting in 100 + degree Texas heat outdoor units. It was chaotic, disappointing and completely unnecessary.
