Hi there! I’m Kristen Edelmann. I am committed to bridging the gap between remarkable individuals and outstanding organizations, creating relationships that lead to mutual growth and success. I hold a degree in Communications, and my journey in the realm of connecting people and growing relationships began at Franklin Industries Co., a re-rolling rail steel mill in Franklin, PA. After five years filled with some pretty neat experiences, I transitioned to Lunova Group in November 2015, starting as a Recruiting Manager. In 2018, I was promoted to my current position, Sr. Recruiting Manager. I am hands-on in the recruitment process, working directly with clients and candidates, while simultaneously leading our Industrial & Emerging Technologies Team, comprised of passionate, hardworking, and truly amazing individuals. This combination of hands-on recruiting and team leadership enables me to maintain a strong connection with the core aspects of our business. On a personal note, I spend my time with family, friends, and my rescue cat, Maggie. I am committed to animal welfare and volunteer weekly at Humane Animal Rescue Pittsburgh. Fitness, self-development, and candle-making are also key interests of mine, alongside my love for cooking and exploring new restaurants. I am also the proud owner of a historic (very old!) rowhome in the vibrant Deutschtown neighborhood of Pittsburgh's Northside.
