•Utilize CAD software to create precise and accurate detailed MEPFS drawings in accordance with project requirements from concept to detailed design stages.•Provide technical input and design insights during the tender stage and support the project team throughout construction.•Oversee and coordinate MEPFS design drawings with engineers, designers, consultants and contractors to integrate and implement M&E systems effectively during all design and construction phase ensuring compliance with project standards and BCA regulations. •Maintain documentation of project design changes and approvals ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with project specifications.•Prepare supporting design documents for contract team variation order and final accounts claims.•Prepare all technical documents needed for regulatory submissions to authorities like FSSD to acquire Fire Safety Certification.•Participate in the TOP (Temporary Occupation Permit) turnover process by ensuring all M&E as-built drawings are handed over to the client with complete documentation as required.•Liaising with other internal company functions on all matters related to design.
