It doesn't always develop perfectly from start to finish and there is much testing to do and bugs to resolve, but as with any project, progamming at its core is creation. From a very young age, I've always been interested in why things worked and how to build things and creating things as a hobby. I've always had a knack for Art and Science. These were always my favorite courses in school. Before I began my journey as a Software Engineer, I was for many years immersed in amateur photography and utilising tools like Photoshop to create enhanced photos and digital artwork. I took up Blender and began making 3D models and animations. From there, I have formed an interest in designing offline webpages and adding my ideas for animations to them using CSS and Javascript. I have an interest in AI and began learning Node.js to create simple chatbots and servers in order to interact with the user. Working mainly in Technical Support sector of the cable communications industry, I have learned valuable skills in technical troubleshooting and working with the public at large. Proximity to a company providing internet cable service has given me a good background in order to understand the technology which provides us with the internet. Over the course of the last year, I have started realizing through my self-studies that I wanted to pursue a career in Software Engineering so I enrolled in Springboard's Software Engineering Career Track program. Completion of my certification should be about August of 2022 if not earlier. I work great in a team and I am enormously self-motivated and work well independently as well. My knowledge and skillsets will include but are not limited to: Javascript,Node.js, Express, jQuery, React, PostgresSQL, SQLAlchemy, Python, Redux, Flask, Jasmine, HTML, CSS. I also know many other things a successful software engineer should know like Git, Linux, and project management. Additionally, if I don't know something, I'm always excited to learn something new.
