As part of the Assurant Talent Acquisition Leadership Team, I manage the execution of the recruitment process outsource (RPO) model at Assurant. Accountable for the day to day operations of the RPO relationship and work with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources and management as a consultative advisor by driving innovative solutions and efficiencies from the RPO process. Competency: Relationship Management• Oversee and direct the RPO activities within all business segments including: performance monitoring (requisitions, service level agreements and key performance indicators), review of savings / ROI, process documentation and relationship management. • Proactively identify and resolve/manage issues, failures, and risks associated with the performance of the RPO vendor.• Partner with TA managers, Human Resources and business leaders to provide updates on performance and make recommendations on how to support the business needs based off of workforce plan/ forecasts.Competency: Process Improvement and Operation Efficiencies• Review and analyze RPO metrics to identify trends, proactively address potential issues and develop insights. • Prepare and maintain all documentation relating to contractual obligations and operational processes.• Facilitate the design and implementation of recruitment strategies and pipelining capabilities to meet the needs of the business in partnership with the RPO vendor and internal TA staff.• Ensure the RPO promotes diversity (in general and in accordance to OFCCP requirements) and positive community relations and develop/maintain internal and external relationships to promote Assurant's employment image and diversity hiring. Build community relationships at each site & understand market conditions in each location.• Assess the effectiveness of the RPO process from all stakeholder perspectives to drive efficiency, quality of hire, pipelining and stakeholder satisfaction.
