JobStack is PeopleReady’s mobile app and online portal that connects people and work. As BPM supporting business units and regional territories, my role is to collaborate with product developers to drive further enhancements, create and facilitate training on product functionality, and conduct data analysis and field input to further improve and scale this critical technology. Proposed business solutions to identified problems, completed diagnostics, and created strategies to position JobStack as a value add for customers, branches, and associates alike. Assessed training needs of Market Service Center staff, using findings to create specific in-person and virtual training programs. Actively trained, problem solved, and engaged employees in driving our key enterprise sales strategy of JobStack adoption, utilization, and performance resulting in improved efficiencies and upgraded execution. Constantly informed senior management on product implementations, adoption strategies, and success rates achieved within teams. Created mock-ups of proposed new features and functionality, created user personas and stories, solidified vision, identified risks, and created wireframes. Presented to teams, senior management, and product developers to drive further alignment and product performance. Assessed and analyzed associate satisfaction data while working closely with HR/Legal and senior management to implement action plans to address serious comments and trends to improve overall employee engagement.

Responsible for providing technical and procedural guidance, training, and support in the day-to-day operations of staffing teams dedicated to connecting people and work. Supported various enterprise-wide initiatives and projects, as well as leadership development and training programs. Managed and tracked progress, completion rates, and activated continuous improvement suggestions to drive stronger technical knowledge and performance at the branch and market levels. Defined and delivered enterprise-wide timeclock vendor management practices, including new order and returns process. Met regularly with vendor to review current inventory, discuss credits and billing discrepancies. Efforts resulted in over $6K in credits and over $8K in monthly savings to enterprise. Created, scheduled, promoted, and hosted enterprise-wide field support calls twice weekly to ensure product execution success. Developed E-Verify best practice procedures document and training presentations to influence compliance and to help reduce errors. Hosted training webinars on Mastering the Form I-9, as well as collaborative calls with various stakeholders while tracking errors and resolving Form I-9 conflicts for the enterprise. Provided disaster recovery support for hurricane-stricken areas. Charged with co-leading the application review process including assistance in scheduling, training, and coordination of all reviewers on team.

Responsible for financial performance of branch as well as assisting in new hire training for entire area.
