Evaluate papers and projects submitted by Masters Degree candidates in the Teachers College. Ensure competency is demonstrated and provide quality feedback. Participate in ongoing training and collaborative efforts within a non-profit, accredited, online university setting.

Ensure quality and timely evaluations of student work in the BSN Nursing Program. Manage a team of 25 highly qualified evaluators working remotely. Collaborate with other departments and outside vendors to improve curriculum. Earned a University Service Award in 2015.

Evaluate student work in the Teachers College, with a focus on language arts and leadership content. Provide feedback to guide without instructing, based on an innovative competency based delivery model.
