Responsible for the vision, strategy, and talent management of the team dedicated to supporting the sales and promotion of all advisory and packaged product solutions offered by Kestra Financial. Accountable for the innovation and implementation of advisor services and solutions specific to various practice structures including RIA, hybrid RIA, and corporate RIA affiliation models. Includes platform design, economic modeling, technology integration, product management, training initiatives, sponsor relations, marketing development, and recruiting support.

Responsible for internal sales and marketing strategies for the four internal sales teams supporting advisory, brokerage, retirement plan and high-net-worth consulting teams serving advisors across all segments--independent, bank/credit union and RIA. Managed a team of specialized sales consultants who work directly with advisors to integrate the aforementioned products and platforms into their practice. Also previously managed the advisory platforms for one of the affiliated broker/dealers of LPL Financial and was responsible for advisory sales within the Institution Services channel of LPL which is comprised of over 800 community/regional banks and credit unions.

Responsible for the advisory platform offerings at SunTrust Investment Services, including managing 3rd party relationships, legal/compliance issues, marketing/sales and product management functions. Also managed the Investment Policy Committee functions for the platforms.

Supported non-proprietary distribution of various BACAP products -- mutual funds, separately managed accounts, alternative investments, 529s, etc. Responsible for key account functions, project management, sales & marketing activities.
