Guiding and holding the animation process from first draft meeting to sign-off. Looking after clients and making sure their goals are met. Keeping track of all drafts, documents and changes, until clients are happy with the finished result. I create a clear timeline so clients know exactly what to expect, with opportunities for feedback at every stage.The CC Animation team are specialists in creating short films for the health, medical and social care sectors, charities, health and safety departments, and anyone else that needs informative communications with a truly personal touch.

My my work as an artist is complemented by my organisational skills.My visual artwork is based on the joy of deep connection in the moment with the natural world - creating a sense of artist, viewer and subject meeting and being seen. I have exhibited in several juried art open compositions, including Black Swan Arts Open 2022 and am an artist with Hatch Art, a contemporary art collective based in Somerset. I sell artworks via exhibitions, my website, arts venues and local shops.In addition, I provide freelance event, activity and organisational development and delivery for arts based organisations. For 18 months I supported OpenEdge charity in a Directorship role one day a week and was integral in delivering LIFEbeat’s Arts in Somerset Schools project 2022. I also helped lead and/or produced artworks for art based projects from Create@#8 and Make the Sunshine CIC in Shepton Mallet and am a volunteer invigilator at Black Swan Arts in Frome. In 2021 I curated a two week exhibition by 39 individual artists for Somerset Art Weeks (SAW) at Rockaway Park, Temple Cloud - recruiting artists, siting them, set up, overseeing publicity, overseeing snagging, all artist communication on and off site, all SAW communication, overseeing sales and pack down. I also organised and oversaw 15 artist run family workshops to complement the show.I am currently studying part time for a Foundation Degree in Art and Design at Strode College in Street.

Children's World supports inclusion for ALL children through drama, performance, film-making and FUN!Based in Glastonbury, Children's World was founded in 1981, by Arabella Churchill, to provide educational, social and emotional benefits to children, with particular focus on special needs. Children’s World delivers unique film, performance and drama based workshops in a variety of settings in Somerset and, occasionally, elsewhere in the UK and internationally.Registered charity no. 1172322 (previously 282743)

With overall responsibility for Trust and Foundation fundraising at a small, national charity, I have developed and run a structured programme of targeted applications, funding both core and project costs. I prepare and deliver fundraising materials, applications and presentations, reporting progress to key donors and other internal and external stakeholders. By arranging and leading fundraising meetings and attending YPTE events, I further enhance funder relationships. Careful management and maintenance of the fundraising database ensures that applications are timely and that funders are kept well informed. I enjoy working closely with funders. For example, with the support of YPTE's Director and a Foundation funder, a new project was developed to meet mutual objectives, securing a multi-year grant. By also working closely with all the YPTE team - education officers, administration, management, website and social media development - I ensure that fundraising is supported throughout the organisation and that YPTE’s aims are furthered by all fundraising activity undertaken.

Designed, implemented and ran the school's assisted places programme, responding to concerns raised by donors and to regular loss of pupils from the school through financial hardship. Presented complex information to school teams, gaining understanding and approval; developed workflows, clear processes and named responsibilities, leading a small team in administering the scheme. Enabled 100% pupil retention for final year before change of school from private to state sector. Also, raised donations from parents and Trusts, funding a change of premises and further hardship support.

Enjoyed a decision making role of responsibility within a small dynamic team working together to further develop a young charity. Instigated many new productive donor relationships, while maintaining and developing those already in place. Had further important input into organisational objectives through: guiding the development of clear employment policies; supporting and strengthening prudent budget management.

Coordinated a highly productive fundraising team, while personally raising donations and pledges. Developed mutually beneficial donor relationships. Worked professionally and with clear communication and accountability within a complex management structure. Achieved major improvements in the material resources of the School.

Set up and registered Charity. Chaired Trustee and Public meetings. Raised funds through personal approaches to private donors and the Town Council, letters to local businesses and formal applications to a variety of Government funding sources and Trusts. Liaised with Schools (including Avalon Special School), Police and public to enable input and involvement. Also responsible for the Project Management of installation of equipment, including use of community volunteers. Achieved a high level of public participation in the Park projects alongside an impressive improvement in public resources.
