Kristen is the creative, enthusiastic and high-achieving President of The Prosper Group, a digital marketing agency she co-founded in 2006. Because of this strong reputation, Kristen was recognized as one of the American Association of Political Consultants’ Top 40 under 40 in 2018.As President of The Prosper Group, Kristen served as a senior member of the Trump for President digital team, overseeing a large portion of the email program, as well as leading the text messaging and “America First” mobile app strategy, where her work broke fundraising records. Previously, she led the digital strategy for Governor Mike Pence's campaign, including online advertising, email marketing, and online fundraising. And during the historic 2010 election cycle, she worked directly with the U.S. Senate campaigns of Scott Brown and Sharron Angle, helping to raise a combined $20 million online.Kristen's expertise in this field comes from a wide range of experience in the political and public policy arena on both the state and federal level. As the Director of eCommunications for Congressman Dan Burton, she pioneered new digital tactics and overhauled the congressional website, earning an A+ rating from the Congressional Management Foundation and winning the coveted Gold Mouse Award, reserved for the top 5% of Capitol Hill. While serving as the Director of Public Policy for Indiana Eagle Forum, she successfully built key relationships with lawmakers. Kristen previously honed her campaign management skills running three top-tier races for the Indiana House Republican Campaign Committee as well as in the capacity of Political/Finance Director for US Congressman David McIntosh’s 2004 Governor’s campaign.Kristen is responsible for business development, company strategy, and maintaining Prosper Group’s award-winning level of excellence.
