Over the course of many years, I have worked within in the non-profit sector and have taken pride in knowing that I have made a difference in the lives of both children and animals. I have worked from a front line fast food server right through to Regional Manager, and currently, Category Advisor/Business Analyst/Sales Assistant. One thing that has been evident through all of my positions is the strength of positive customer service and the importance of building of relationships. I believe in the power of sport – it is not beneficial for you both physically and mentally, but it teaches important lessons in teamwork and dedication.I believe that you can accomplish anything you set your mind to and there is always a solution to an obstacle.

It was through my dedication to this role that I grew from a Provincial Coordinator to a Regional Manager in two years – all while learning about student nutrition programs, an area where I had no prior experience. I believe in understanding an organizations core values and beliefs – it is through this that success is guaranteed• I successfully created Excel spreadsheets utilizing customized formulas and conditional formatting that resulted in time-saving granting measures and efficient reporting to both internal and external stakeholders. • Created lasting relationships between schools and community partners, that continued on after BFL was acquired by PCCC• I spoke to groups of 25 to over 500 people, empowering those in attendance to learn more about food insecurity and to look within their own communities to make a large impact• One of my greatest accomplishments was in the fund development field.
