Responsibilities include maintaining the accounting files and records for the business in an organized and efficient fashion. Daily duties include sending out invoices, managing the accounts receivable ledger, managing the accounts payable ledger, and ensuring all financial reporting is correct.I am also responsible for processing and maintaining the company payroll and the payroll taxes in a timely manner.

Responsible for maintaining key accounting records, recording transactions, filing source documents and preparing financial statements for several users. Duties include, payroll, processing accounts receivable and accounts payable, bank deposits, preforming monthly reconciliations for the bank and credit card accounts, paying and remitting company taxes on the appropriate corresponding due dates.

As the Bookkeeper, I am responsible for supporting the financial operations of the Enterprise bymaintaining the accounting files and records of each company within the Enterprise and ensuringstaff adhere to financial policies and procedures. Other duties I partake in is counting, reconciling and distributing the cashes/tills, counting the safe, distributing lottery tickets to be sold, receiving and putting away pharmaceutical drugs and ensuring the store is well equipped with the proper supplies.

Managed and maintained the store . Duties included opening in the morning and locking the store at night, counting and reconciling the cash flow from both the tills and the safe, setting up and taking down floor sets and assisting customers.

Record Customer orders, process payment and serve the food with a great attitude in a timely manner. Keep the store clean, organized and well stocked at all times to ensure efficiency and safety. Record customer complaints immediately and find a solutions that ensures the customers satisfaction.
